Lee Rudnicki - Professional Biography

Lee Rudnicki is an entertainment lawyer with twenty years of experience based in Beverly Hills, CA, and Rome, Italy. Lee has a bachelor’s degree in music from San Jose State, a law degree from the University of San Francisco, a certificate in screenwriting from UCLA, and has completed international business and law studies at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and Charles University, Prague. As his schedule permits, Lee teaches a law school class and seminars on entertainment contracts.

Prior to law school, Lee was a world-class rudimental drummer, with corporate endorsements from Pearl Drums and Zildjian Cymbals. In 1988, 1989, and 1991, he won percussion at the DCI World Championships with the Santa Clara Vanguard, and in 1994, he became the Percussion Director of the Vanguard, complete with a Lee Rudnicki signature drum stick on the market. 

Lee's legal career started as corporate counsel for the Silicon Valley tech start-up Vivdence. From there, he want on to be an entertainment litigator for several years in San Francisco, representing entities such as Clear Channel and Bill Graham Presents.

Active as a producer, Lee has produced movies in the United States, Japan and Italy. In 2015, Lee directed the US/Japanese/Italian sci-fi film Fleur. In 2017, Lee helped produce the feature film Wonderwell, starring Carrie Fisher, which was shot in Italy. Lee currently serves as business affairs on a Netflix series, and a producer of several film and television shows.
